I`m a very sweet amazon, and I’ve never been known to bite anyone so far. No one’s talking age, but I’m probably in my mid- to late 20s if that matters. I’m a little small in stature for a yellow crown amazon, but being big can be overrated. I talk, and I will usually step up. I`m pretty confident around new people, but I prefer ladies overall. In my prior home I lived with another amazon and grey I didn’t really care for. Now in my foster home I live with a ringneck I don’t really care for. Let’s face it: I’m a diva and a queen, and we could be best buds, just you and me only. The more I like you, the more I’ll talk up a storm and even sing. I enjoy when my foster mom rolls my cage outside for supervised sunshine and baths. I will ham it up and show you what a perfect “only bird” I am. I’ve been spending most of my days cage free, but mellow, perched in one spot but not confined. I’m a good eater, and I love my fruits and nuts. Lastly, due to my below-mentioned incident, I take meds, so whoever adopts me needs to very easily mix my meds into something yummy I eat like oatmeal.

December 2025. I`ve been returned to Mickaboo because I had an egg that I couldn`t pass on my own. Did you know that you shouldn`t stroke a bird down the back or cuddle with them? This is sexual behavior in birds and can lead to egg laying. Egg laying can be dangerous for a bird`s health.
