This is a class on how to conduct the phone screen with a potiential adopter.  This is usually step 2 for the adopter in our adoption process. The class is about 3 hours long and goes over the questions, and process for doing the interview. There is a form that is filled out by the interviewer that this class talks about.  Details from the screen a person does will be entered into ASM for the approval committee when the time comes.
