When almost 10 million animals in the U.S. are brought to shelters every year and more than half are euthanized simply because of lack of space, with many rescue organizations not being able to keep up with the demand, the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine hopes to make a difference in their community through education, science, and compassion.

This engaging event will include free veterinary exams and consults, adoptions, vaccinations and microchipping, many family activities, and several canine demonstrations throughout the day. Join Mickaboo for the fun!
